Hi, I’m Hope — proud dog mom to my two little loves, Brixy (the apple-head chihuahua with the under-bite and shy personality) and Blanket (the slender Yorkie-Zhu with the expressive eyes and endless zoomies).
What started as a chaotic daily life with two 8-pound boys quickly turned into the heart of my world. Between NYC apartment adventures, impromptu dance parties, window guarding, and all the hilarious messes that come with being a dog mom, these two have taught me more about love, patience, and finding joy in the small (and very loud) moments than I ever expected.
Brixy & Blanket is my love letter to them — and to every dog mom who gets it. The one who laughs at the hair everywhere, the dramatic side-eye, the 3am zoomies, and the way these tiny creatures somehow become the center of your universe.
